Thank you shaan❤
I'm so glad I've seen this, 😮 but my thoracic back is also so very tight, and it spasms running all the way up to the top of my head. Diazepam doesn't really help it, unfortunately. The nausea for me is like nervous energy between my chest and gut and the feeling of malaise.
My agoraphobia is centered around being outside my comfort zone or normal schedule/area and on my own. I go to work and can drive between my house and parents house, and go generally anywhere in my local area. However leaving my local town, especially if not part of my routine and especially if on my own fills me with anxiety. For example, i have today off work, its a nice day. I thought it would be nice to go for a drive somewhere, go for a walk perhaps. It fills me with dread giving somewhere on my own, not part of my usual routine, for fear of having an anxiety attack on my own. I am not diagnosed, but mainly because i dont like doctors.
I need mentorship but need to know what the costs are. how much did you pay?
Thank you brother
This guy said they are taking advantage of of people with anxiety selling supplements etc but he's taking advantage offering service to help for high price. 🤦♂️ you definitely can relate but he's just trying to sell you something
Wait? Years? Wdym years? Dude I wanna go back to work man.
I feel so hot sometimes
My head and eyes feels so weird.
Worst week everrrrr
Holistically speaking Shan is the best web recovery coach. I’ve followed them all. But Shan system is the best. Acceptance and it’s stages then going into limiting beliefs.
Thank you 🙏🏻 very much appreciated
After 3 months anxiety I felt sudden weight loss 7 kg, hair loss, frequently constipation,m😢😢😢
Re fibro....look into mind nody pain, plenty of videos on UA-cam. Also called TMS.
Unreal shaan you have really helped me so much from these videos
I always fear about my health. I am underweight no matter how much i eat i never gain weight i was healthy back then but now due to depression and anxiety i have been losing myself. I have trouble remembering things. I often experience panic attack. I always have my heart beat more than 100. Even though it may be notmal but seeing the bp machine i just start fearing what the result might come and hence it comes with what i had thought of, heart palpitations occurs. My brain is my enemy it just forces me to think about things that may never happen. I always have scary thoughts about dying or having an illness or my limbs will stop working and i will have to cut it off. I dont know why i fear so much. I have lost every feeling within myself i just fear cancer and many more diseases. I can't stay calm I am always tensed and worried about it. I can't see my future i feel like there is only darkness ahead of me. I cant seem to understand anyone. People judge me for how i look but they never try to understand what i have been feeling. I cannot tell anyone my family blames me as if i am always playing the victim card but even if once they understood what i have been going through all these years i might not have suicidal thoughts everyday.
I pray everyone here will definitely come out of it God will surely help each and everyone.... Yes bro you will be normal and happy in few days believe in you 🙌
Yes I have anxiety but throughout my 3 years I realized I have OCD because I've had compulsive behaviors toward intrusive thoughts and still do but my counselor said its just severe anxiety but i dont think its just that debating a thought and always researching online and more i have more compulsions but seriously i know i have ocd this isn't just severe anxiety
I totally agree. I had gallstones, and it caused awful health anxiety. I ended up with tachycardia and the adrenaline rushes caused tight thoracic muscles, since having surgery my backs trying to recover but the tightness runs right up into my head 😔
Go on keto
I was doing alot of chores around the house and went to carry my daughter to bed and my heartbstarts skipping over and over for about 5-10 mins. It was beating super hard and fast. When I sat down to check my blood pressure the left arm was 126/76 Pulse 91 then the right arm about 2 mins later it was 124/72 Pulse 86. I'm 5'10 150 lbs. I tried to cough and even do the hold breath vagus nerve trick and my heart skipping and fast beating. It was super scary. I started breathing deep it stopped. For those 5-15 mins from start to finish I thought I was gonna have a heart attack. Can anyone please provide feedback? If I'm feeling OK after the palpitation episode is that a good sign? I'm so scared. Just a FYI I had drunk some iced tea and ate some fried chicken a few hours before this. Please help?!
But what if you weren’t under stress when the symptoms came up whatsoever, and the doctors are still calling it anxiety?
If you have POTS that's not related to Anxiety then it's not a nervous system sensitisation issue. Then it's a cardiac issue where your blood pressure doesn't rise enough due to the blood vessels not contracting enough.
FWIW, there’s a good bit of evidence and research suggesting POTS is a form of TMS like fibromyalgia and PPPD. So anxiety likely plays a large role in it.
@@ChadCilli Yes but you can get POTS without having anxiety mate. POTS is not only about the nervous system, when its caused by anxiety then yes its a nervous system problem. If you get pots without having anxiety its an problem with the veins structure.
@@rockstarr2.025I apologize for trying to be helpful.
@@ChadCilli no no no, i dont mean to sound rude. Thats not my point at all. I mean that POTS is a very understood condition. Aloot of people like for example Shaan think it can be related to anxiety. However as a medical student myself its not only related to anxiety. You can develop pots because your nervous system stops understand you're standing up. That in return causes very very low blood pressure when standing up which again in return causes that spike in heart rate. And the thing with POTS is people think that patients with POTS only feel rubbish when standing up. However if you were to ask someone with POTS how he feels during the day most of the time he would answer you that even when he isn't standing up he usually feels ill or extremely you know bad.
@@rockstarr2.025I follow what you’re saying. I would think there is more than one cause. Something like IBS has multiple causes. For some people, it might be stress/anxiety, others it could be a food sensitivity, and others it could be an unfavorable gut microbiome. I think many of these chronic conditions have multiple causes.
I think I have dpdr. I took 2 edibles and greened out and I was so so so scared I was gonna die. Sometimes I forget about it but most of the time nothing feels real. My vision also feels really weird like I’m watching things through a tv or a show. Once I get rid of dpdr will my vision go back to normal? Because when I get busy and I get distracted I see normally but most of the time I don’t.
Shaan you ARE a Doctor. Of your own category. You developed a new form of a Doctor. . Dont think that your not. You are my Doctor.
Thank you! This is so easy to understand, but it’s taken me months to start letting it really sink in. Still working on it! But learning that, oh, my nervous system is desensitized helps so much !!!
I had anxiety disorder and hormone imbalances and anemia...I fixed them all. Myself. Drs didn't do anything helpful but give me bloodwork to find all this. Rest was up to me. Vitamins Eating right. Watching your stuff Getting outside Getting a handle on my mind and stop spinning out
what were the vitamins u took?
Vitamins don't matter. . It's all anxiety related
@@4runnerManco vitamins do matter, magnesium is nerve food literally, and so is VitB1, and so is exercise.
@@Lubnay multi, magnesium, vitB1 and B12 and ashwaghanda, rest is all walking, eating right and making sure you train your mind to not panic more when the panic comes. i finally figured it out.
@@4runnerManco eating right and taking vitamins are LITERALLY nervous system food, such as VITB1 and Magnesium.....so youre wrong. and im speaking from having anxiety for 23 yrs and finally fixing it, with food, vitamins, walks and training my mind NOT to panic when the panic starts. its everything combined. if you dont eat right, and take vitamins to FEED your system youre worse.
I had panic disorder before covid was a thing. Then it came back after covid and it was the same exact thing. And the same treatment. Even the Mayo Clinic now calls long covid "central sensitization". But people on the long covid discussion groups are offended by any suggestion that it's anything but a purely biomedical illness.
Glad you made this video, i have been diagnosed with pots and have health anxiety. i realized this through your videos and methods and my Pots really does go away for 80 procent for the first time in 7 years. im allready off meds( mestinon, Lorazepam, pregabaline and sleeping pills) that took me 6 months but i truly believe i can heal now.❤
Are you in the mentorship? What have you done to recover?
@@Butterflyintheskywhite No i am not and i didnt fully recover yet. just understanding the A.L.A.R.M and 5-Fs as well as the RAS system helped for me alot.
@@Butterflyintheskywhite also the AWARE method from the free e-book. My focus shifted to accepting and calming my nervous system.
@@Boemtie where’s the free e book
try signing up and there is also an option for a free e-book.
Wish I could afford to do this. I'm on disability for ptsd and panic disorder. Was diagnosed 15 years ago and have tried everything. Thanks for sharing your journey. I hope one day to be free of this and be able to function normally.
Thank you this really helps
How you interpret information is as individual as each person is. I had counseling i knew was just blab blab blab. BUT others thought that person was very helpful. I did have to back up and take the I KNOW WHAT I KNOW to be able to open up to the info instead of just dismissing it right of the bat. HARD because of the effects of panic disorder and overwhelming panic and god knows fear. Hard, Seceded most of the time but did have failures.
❤❤❤❤❤
Thank you so much for this video! It really helps
Puts Me on edge.. am I the only one? Dude why do you have a flickering lights and random things effect going on for the video. People watching this don’t need the extra anxiety, not sure why you thought it would be a good idea to add that
Just being real here, this video may just set people on the road to recovery backwards. Especially if what they're dealing with is Health Anxiety which was the reason I found the channel in the first place. Good video for the information though.
It’s a nuanced topic. This is why it’s important to grasp the principles. If this content spirals you, then the recovery journey itself won’t be any less forgiving. Especially if you’re doing it by yourself.
@@Butterflyintheskywhitedef recommend the blueprint. There’s also videos on how to desensitize on this channel
This video is phenomenal! At the beginning of my journey. I found multiple channels as well as Miguel's and thought I had CFS. When I fell asleep I woke up with panic attacks, palpitations, and extreme fatigue. I couldn't move, get out of bed, or keep my eyes open. My body was numb. It felt like I was fighting back into reality. I found your channel bought the blueprint and realized it months ago. All the symptoms I'm feeling CFS, HPA Axis Dysfunction, and POTS, are all the same just different terminology for the same issue of anxiety. You calling it a desensitization of the nervous system, is a better term. In my opinion, doctors calling it anxiety seems to trivialize, the physical aspect of the disorder as just being "anxious". It is all in your head. Those who have recovered in the UA-cam community are ahead of most doctors and psychiatrists in explaining this disorder. Most will be put on medication without understanding the mechanics of why. Hopefully, in the future, there will be a change. Until then keep doing this amazing work! Thanks for bringing clarity to this disorder.
I also thought like that because of the title but after watching the video im 100 procent on board with the nervous system sensitisation. Especially because i have been diagnosed with one of these illnesses myself.
@@killakemicalThis is one of the best informative replies I have ever read in my life on UA-cam.Thanks for saying all your words

we have a very simillar story i hope i find my way out i feel alot better than when i first got them please guys don't lose hope there is life on the other side
You can get stuck like that its crazy
I don't know why I keep bouncing in the cycle😢😢😢
I smoked weed after 2 years off of it , when I did it hit me so hard that my vision went away for like 10 seconds & hands got sweaty and heart was pumping out of my chest
I been going thru this for a few years now but today I almost choke twice while eating...it wasn't this bad before and it was pretty terrifying
Do you have any videos on how a family’s negative reactions to your (the one with anxiety ) feelings are harmful , or how hard it is to be scared to feel your feelings bc you know to ur family will treat you badly ? I’m supposed to bottle up everything it feels and the few times I am struggling and am frustrated I usually get told I’m throwing a fit and need to calm down and cut it out But other times I’m told how I need therapy and how being medicated will help me and that they understand my anxiety .. until it happens 😢
I’m falling apart man & nothing helps
Very helpful. Thank you 😊 Maya. Love your optimism and great attitude 👍 l loved being with the community, they gave me the drive to go forward wen I was stuck and lost. Now I'm going through a very tough setback with severe vertigo symptoms, but I don't fear it as much because I know I'm healing
Bro u are the one who talk about it freely BTW thnx
